Business dilemma, What should I do?

I used to work in ABC company serving as a sales manager, I was the only new face in the management of this company and my work experience was not enough. The job was not only hard-earned but also was a huge challenge to me. When facing with difficulties at the beginning, you would feel that it is hard to find anyone to turn to, it not the individual case, it is in common. Reality forced you to work hard. In order to be recognized, I wanted to get along with colleagues who have been in the company for almost 10 years.
But as time went by, you found that the real life was not like the book described, some problems couldn’t be solved with fixed formula. Deficiency of social experience, you saw the ugly side of human nature, just like what Bo Yang says in "Ugly Chinese". I couldn’t help asking myself: Is society like this? Is it right?
My story: I had no social background and only want to survive in society. As usual, all of my work time in this job started from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., in order to be familiar with production process of company and keep in continuous touch with customer orders by myself. I usually devoted myself to production line to know more about the company’s products. Unfortunately, I found that many operations were not up to standards of production line, and the employees focused on pursuit of speed regardless of the core procedure, product quality. I couldn’t help but to stop in time, then I asked: Did the leader know the urgent situation and your actions?
The employee of production line says: We need to delivery on time, leaders focus on delivering on time, not quality, please don't say I told you.
I went to the person in charge, but the person in charge told me in a threatening tone: You do your job, take care of your own customers, finished your own performance first, and don't worry too much to other things which is out of your business.
In my opinion, this is instinctive reaction, which is manager's responsibility when you find immoral things. Why when people find a problem and do not solve it? I feel aggrieved except very sad for his ugly word I don’t know what to do next.
I found a royal old employee to talk about what happened, then I knew the fact.
Firstly, these managers are the projects of the company to start a business together. The boss is very reliable and grateful for the old employees who never left him and support his decisions when business started, for this reason, they didn’t have a sense of crisis, and in their opinion a job is just a job.
Secondly, the company has a performance appraisal. If the boss discovers the management focusing on product quantity and ignoring product quality, it will not only receive complaints, but also very difficult to get full salary because they don't get high marks on their performance reviews. They are not the users and they don't care about the quality of the product.
Third, no one will become a whistle-blower, because evil people share much in common all around the world. It is totally agreement that everyone should realize the reality of external environment---They have no sense of social responsibility, they only care about their own interests and a comfortable life.
Finally, I became a people who could hardly integrate with colleagues, that is to say, being solitary.
I know if I told my leaders the truth that what came to my face was the dislike and exclusion of various departments, or even that I was outnumbered and fired, after all, they stayed that way for a long time "existence is reasonable", I tortured myself with soul all night. Who should pay for the consequences? Customer? The boss? These senior managers? Or me? We are stakeholder, I don't tell my boss if my behavior is immoral. I was in a dilemma.
Whether I should preserve my job and become more sociable and pretend that nothing happened, but the production was not standard and the process was not perfect, which led to many unqualified and unsafe products, A good product which was the social responsibility of the enterprise, how could I choice to be a blind eye to the sales.
Before, I did not know what the correct thing was, nor did I understand the social responsibility of a sustainable development company. It's just a gut reaction, which is the power endowed by education. Instead of staying silent, I fought back, responsibility to our consumers.
My solution: I didn't report directly with the boss, but try my best to change their attitude toward work and ideas even though they would hate me, and I through my words and deeds to influence them, I knew the worst was to lose my hard-won job, I firmly believe that only consider immediate interests will can't see the future light.
Enron, World Com and other large and small companies eventually go bankrupt, not the result of a person, but a group of people's ignorance, no one has the courage to stand up and point out problems, no one refused the temptation of money, too many people only care about whether to shake their own interests. And that's why it led to the final tragedy.
Although in the end I did not change their attitude, become a loner, with everyone against me, because in their hearts I am a busybody, they like the greenhouse flowers, 10 years in one enterprise, never had a sense of crisis, some is already used to numb life.
In the end, I chose to reveal all their behaviors and leave, because I firmly believe that it is the proper responsibility of a company to make qualified products for consumers in the long run.
I was proud of the choice I had made, I know when you are in a dilemma what you should do is: guiding people to make rational decisions. Finally, with a famous quote to end my words “When I do kind things I feel good, when I do bad things I feel bad. That’s my religion.”-Abraham Lincoln.
